• The Medical Doctor will provide high-quality, accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to clients on MyItura through remote consultations and support delivered through video and chat consultations.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct video and chat consultations with clients, providing diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and answering their medical queries.
• Offer guidance on preventive healthcare and lifestyle modifications to promote the well- being of clients.
• Review and interpret the results of medical tests, including laboratory reports, imaging studies, and other diagnostic tests.
• Provide clients with clear and understandable explanations of their test results, including any implications, treatment options, and follow-up procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all client interactions, including consultation notes and test result interpretations.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the platform to ensure a
• multidisciplinary approach to client care.
• Communicate effectively with the support team to address administrative matters related to scheduling, billing, and other client-related issues.
• Provide recommendations/guidance to MyItura team on medical related decisions.
