Medical Doctor at Chion Family Medical Centre

We are currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, and board-certified/board-eligible Medical Doctor to join our growing clinical family.

The Role & Key Responsibilities

As a Primary Care Physician at Chion Family Medical Center, you will provide comprehensive preventative and acute medical care to a diverse patient panel. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Comprehensive Patient Care: Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across a broad demographic (pediatric to geriatric populations).
• Preventative Health: Conduct routine physicals, health screenings, immunizations, and wellness counseling.
• Care Coordination: Formulate personalized, evidence-based treatment plans and coordinate care with local specialists and diagnostic facilities when necessary.
• Electronic Health Records (EHR): Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation.
• Collaborative Practice: Work closely with our dedicated team of nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Residency: Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland (or license eligibility).
• Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Active DEA registration and Maryland CDS license.
• Skills: Strong clinical acumen, excellent bedside manner, and a genuine passion for community health and long-term patient relationships.
