Position Summary

• Chion Family Medical Centre is seeking a qualified and dedicated Medical Doctor for the Day Shift to join our healthcare team.
• The successful candidate will provide high-quality clinical care, diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions, and promote preventive health for patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, physical examinations, and medical assessments.
• Diagnose illnesses and develop appropriate treatment and management plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress and response to treatment.
• Provide preventive care, routine check-ups, and health education.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Adhere to established clinical protocols, medical ethics, and healthcare regulations.
• Participate in clinical meetings and continuous professional development.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice.
• Completion of housemanship/internship.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Work Schedule

• Day shift position.
• Weekend shifts are rotational among doctors to ensure continuous patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in general practice, family medicine, or primary care.
• Additional relevant clinical training or certifications.
