    Media Marketing Officer

    Job Description

    • The Marketer – Media (Events & Campaigns) is responsible for planning, promoting, and executing marketing initiatives that increase awareness, attendance, and engagement for events and campaigns.
    • The role involves developing media strategies, coordinating promotional activities, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and ensuring successful campaign execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies for events and campaigns.
    • Plan and execute media campaigns across digital, print, radio, television, and social media platforms.
    • Create promotional content, including press releases, social media posts, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
    • Coordinate with event organizers, sponsors, media partners, and vendors to maximize event visibility.
    • Manage social media accounts before, during, and after events to drive audience engagement.
    • Build and maintain relationships with media houses, influencers, and strategic partners.
    • Monitor campaign performance using analytics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
    • Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective media placements.
    • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
    • Support the planning and execution of product launches, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Event attendance and participant engagement.
    • Campaign reach, impressions, and conversions.
    • Social media growth and engagement metrics.
    • Media coverage and publicity achieved.
    • Return on marketing investment (ROMI).
    • Lead generation and brand awareness outcomes.
    • Timely and successful execution of campaigns and events.
