Chef Shuby Group is seeking a creative and highly skilled Media & Content Creator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be passionate about visual storytelling, content creation, and brand communication. This role requires someone who can generate high-quality visual and digital content consistently, ensuring brand engagement across all media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-quality video and photo content for digital and social media platforms.
• Develop and execute innovative content strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Design eye-catching graphics and motion visuals for online and offline campaigns.
• Edit and enhance video and photo content using professional software.
• Deliver an unlimited number of content pieces weekly to maintain a strong online presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to optimize content for audience engagement.
• Conduct research on industry trends to keep content fresh and competitive.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on content performance.
• Work independently and take initiative while ensuring timely content delivery.
• Maintain and manage brand assets while adhering to content guidelines.

Key Requirements

• Age: 18 – 25 years.
• Must be a graduate (or currently serving as a Youth Corper with relevant experience).
• Proven experience in content creation, video production, and photography.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
• Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Must be resident in Abuja.
