JOB DESCRIPTION
- Measuring and constructing components out of raw materials through cutting, shaping, and grinding.
- Assembling fabricated components into a larger machine or system.
- Complying with operations, safety, and maintenance procedures.
- Understanding and interpreting diagrams, blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the sequence of operations.
- Operating specialised equipment.
- Performing regular maintenance and repair work and conducting diagnostic tests to determine the root of problems.
- Monitoring the fabrication and assembly process.
- Replacing damaged or defective components.
- Adhering to other overall on-site regulations.
