Job Description

• Create technical drawings for Mechanical/Plumbing services from Engineer sketches and specifications.
•  Coordinate with the Engineer in preparation of design drawings and details for construction.
• Prepare Mechanical/Plumbing Building Services Layouts.
• Check drawings for discrepancies and errors and make corrections necessary for the project.
• Clash detection for coordination with other MEP trades.
• Visit construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
• Take material quantities for drawings as may be required.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit for 3D modelling.
• In-depth knowledge of building design, specifications, and codes.
