Job Summary
- We are hiring an experienced Mechanical Engineer to oversee all maintenance activities at a large-scale poultry farm. The role ensures operational efficiency and equipment reliability on-site.
Responsibilities
- Supervise installation, repair, and maintenance of farm equipment
- Develop maintenance schedules and perform inspections
- Lead emergency repair responses and troubleshooting
- Maintain maintenance logs and ensure system compliance
- Manage and train maintenance staff
- Ensure machinery operates in line with safety standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 7 years of experience in poultry or agricultural maintenance
- Strong leadership and technical capabilities
- Familiarity with biosecurity and animal health protocols.
