Math Tutor at Assist to Hire Limited

Job Brief

We are looking to recruit a Math tutor for our client. The Math tutor will provide one-on-one or a small group lessons to students in primary school. The Math tutor will math tutor also be able to teach problem solving, geography, science and critical thinking.

Working hour: Once in a week

Pay: N9,000 - 13,000 per day

Job Responsiblities

• Assess student's current math skills
• Discuss the trouble area the student is having, either with a specific lesson or understanding a particular math concept
• Develop lesson plans that enable the student to better grasp the math concept
• Help students work through their homework and study for exams
• Write progress reports for parents and students

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Education with a specialization in Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maths Teacher.
• Organized, flexible disposition.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• A thorough understanding of best practices in teaching.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
