We are looking for a skilled and professional Massage Therapist who is passionate about wellness and enjoy helping clients relieve stress and improve their overall health to join our team.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage, tailored to each client’s needs
Assess clients' conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and in good condition
Provide guidance on stretching, relaxation, and overall wellness to clients
Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress
Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a relaxing and professional experience for all clients
Promote the spa’s services and products when appropriate to enhance the client experience
Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills
Requirements
Candidates should possess an NCE / OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
Valid massage therapy license/certification
Proven experience as a massage therapist
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor at all times
Knowledge of various massage techniques
Commitment to client confidentiality and wellness.
