Key Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic massages tailored to patients’ needs, including stress relief, pain management, and rehabilitation
• Assess patient conditions and develop customized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the medical and rehabilitation team to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to hospital protocols.
• Educate patients about the benefits of massage therapy and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and track progress.
• Stay updated on advancements in massage techniques and healthcare integration.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certification or Diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Experience in a clinical or wellness setting (hospital experience is an added advantage).
• Proficiency in various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
• Empathy, professionalism, and a passion for helping others.
• Knowledge of complementary therapies or wellness practices is an added advantage.
