    Marketing Specialist

    About the Role:

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and supporting product launches. Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) is a plus. This is a fully remote, full-time role for candidates based in Nigeria.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Digital Marketing & Strategy

    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
    • Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing.
    • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and other marketing platforms, and optimize for better ROI.
    • Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital marketing and SaaS marketing.

    SEO & Content Marketing

    • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research, on-page, and off-page SEO optimization, and monitor search performance.
    • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and website copy.

    Social Media Management

    • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
    • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns, including paid ads and influencer collaborations.
    • Monitor social media trends and analytics, ensuring high engagement and audience growth.

    Product Launch & Brand Awareness

    • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring successful execution.
    • Work closely with product teams to understand key features and develop marketing messages that resonate with the target audience.
    • Develop brand positioning and messaging strategies to drive awareness and adoption of products.

    Requirements & Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
    • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for brand awareness and customer engagement.
    • Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) marketing is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
    • Hands-on experience with social media advertising, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
    • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing platforms.
    • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
