Marketing & Sales Manager

What you'll own
- Group-wide marketing & sales strategy development
- Revenue growth across spa services, retail, e-commerce & mobile app
- Digital performance marketing — SEO, paid search, paid social, retargeting
- Brand consistency & market positioning across all subsidiaries
- Sales target-setting, conversion optimization & pricing strategy
- Partnerships, events & stakeholder engagement
- Performance reporting & data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- BA / BSc in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (postgraduate/professional qualification a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing & Sales, ideally within a multi-brand or group structure
- Proven record of driving revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, Google Trends, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing tools
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skill.
