About the Role:

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our client’s team in Surulere, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:
• Assist in creating and implementing marketing plans to achieve company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Content Creation and Brand Management:
• Develop engaging content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Digital Marketing:
• Manage the company’s social media platforms to increase online visibility and engagement.
• Monitor website performance and ensure the optimization of digital assets for search engines (SEO).
• Run paid ad campaigns on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Maintain and update the customer database to track leads, sales, and feedback.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Event Management and Field Marketing:
• Plan and execute promotional events, exhibitions, and trade fairs to promote the company’s products.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports to assess ROI and effectiveness.
• Use data to refine marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative mindset with a customer-centric approach.
• Must reside in Surulere and its environs.
