    Marketing Manager

    We are a dynamic and fast-growing real estate development company with a strong presence in Lagos, Nigeria. Our portfolio spans luxury apartments, residential estates, and commercial properties. As we expand our footprint, we seek an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to drive strategic brand positioning, lead generation, and market penetration.

    Job Summary

    The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy. This includes brand development, digital marketing, campaigns, public relations, product marketing, and lead generation to support property sales and investment goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep insight into Nigeria’s real estate market and possess the creativity, leadership, and technical know-how to scale the company’s market presence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
    • Lead and manage all marketing functions, including brand management, digital campaigns, PR, event marketing, and product promotion.
    • Generate high-quality leads for the sales team through integrated marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships.
    • Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
    • Craft and execute marketing plans for new property launches, site tours, and exhibitions (local and international).
    • Work closely with the sales team to create effective sales collateral, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform decisions.
    • Build and manage relationships with external agencies, media houses, and influencers.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, platforms, and customer touchpoints.
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance, marketing ROI, and KPIs.
    • Lead and mentor the marketing team to build internal capacity and creativity.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
    • A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing) is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in marketing, at least 3 years in a leadership role within real estate or property development.
    • Strong understanding of Nigeria’s real estate landscape, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning.
    • Proven track record in brand building, digital marketing, and lead generation.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategy.

    • Increase in brand visibility and online engagement
    • Qualified lead volume and conversion rates

    • Brand consistency and public sentiment
