    Marketing Manager

    Job Purpose

    • The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, development, and execution of the company’s marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.
    • The role involves managing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Lead the planning and execution of both digital (social media, email, Google Ads, SEO) and traditional marketing campaigns.
    • Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and promotional materials to ensure consistency across all channels.
    • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to achieve targets.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales, Business Development, and Product teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.
    • Manage external marketing agencies and vendors as needed.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
    • Prepare budgets, track marketing expenses, and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
    • Mentor and guide the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    • Achievement of marketing campaign goals (leads, engagement, conversions).
    • Brand awareness growth and audience reach.
    • Alignment of marketing initiatives with sales and business development objectives.
    • Timely execution of marketing projects within budget.
    • Team performance and development metrics.

    Requirements
    Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
    • Master’s degree or professional marketing certifications is a plus.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Experience managing digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms, analytics).
    • Leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Creativity and innovation in campaign development.
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Salary

    • N350,000 - N400,000 / Month (Gross) and benefits package.
