Job Summary

• We are looking for a suitable marketing manager whosesole responsibility will be developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to promote our products and drive business growth.
• The suitable candidate will oversee the aspects of marketing, from planning and execution to analysis and reporting to the Head of Department.

Responsibilities

• Setting clear marketing goals, defining target audiences, and outlining the overall marketing approach aligned with our business objectives.
• Detailed plans for specific campaigns, outlining tactics, timelines, and budgets for various marketing activities.
• Conduct research to understand market trends and analyze competitor strategies to inform decision-making.
• Collaborating with team forthe execution of various campaigns across different channels, such as digital marketing, advertising, social media, and email marketing.
• Developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and monitoring social media performance.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, lead generationto assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Communicate marketing strategies, plans, and results to Head of Department,Directors and team members.
• Identifying potential new markets and ways to enter them.
• Continuously learn about new marketing technologies, trends, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.

Essential Skills Required

• BSc. or HND in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 10-15 years of practical/proven experience in marketing.
• Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Budget-management skills and proficiency.
• Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in marketing.
• Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc
