Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing strategies across ATL, BTL, and digital platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be commercially astute, tech-savvy, and capable of driving brand growth, market engagement, and product visibility in a competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure brand guidelines are consistently updated and followed
• Plan and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities
• Organize and manage successful events and exhibitions
• Oversee digital marketing and social media engagement
• Collaborate with sales teams on distributor branding and visibility
• Manage artwork development and engage with creative suppliers
• Monitor and report on competitor marketing trends
• Implement SEO strategies for enhanced digital presence
• Develop and deliver compelling corporate presentations
• Support and manage new product launch campaigns

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• Experience Required: Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years (3 years preferred)
• Proven experience in the Building Materials and/or FMCG industry
• Strong commercial acumen
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and design tools (including AI tools and graphics software)
• Strong understanding of current marketing tools and digital strategies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Creative, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile
