    Marketing Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Marketing Executive will play a key role in driving the company’s marketing and communications strategy through creative storytelling, SEO optimization, and targeted content marketing.
    • The ideal candidate will be a versatile marketer with strong content development skills, a solid understanding of digital marketing trends, and hands-on experience managing blog posts, newsletters, and email marketing campaigns that convert leads into loyal users.
    • This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical ability — someone who can write compelling content, optimize for search engines, manage digital marketing channels, and work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute impactful campaigns that align with the company’s goals.

    Responsibilities
    Content Strategy & Creation:

    • Develop, write, and edit high-quality and engaging content for blogs, newsletters, website pages, landing pages, and social media.
    • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to design and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
    • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all marketing materials.
    • Research industry trends to generate fresh, relevant, and audience-driven content ideas.

    SEO & Web Optimization:

    • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search engine ranking and drive organic traffic.
    • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
    • Analyze website performance metrics using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
    • Collaborate with developers and designers to optimize website content for performance and user experience.

    Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing:

    • Create and manage engaging email campaigns for customer communication, product updates, and promotional content.
    • Develop persuasive and visually appealing copy to increase open and click-through rates.
    • Segment audiences and manage automation workflows using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot
    • Measure and report on campaign performance and implement improvement strategies.

    Digital Campaigns & Brand Awareness:

    • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
    • Monitor and manage the company’s online presence and reputation.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing marketing assets (graphics, videos, and promotional materials).
    • Contribute ideas to enhance the company’s brand visibility and engagement across all digital platforms.

    Reporting & Performance Analysis:

    • Track, measure, and report marketing metrics including content performance, engagement, lead generation, and SEO rankings.
    • Present monthly reports and insights to the Head of Marketing.
    • Use analytics to make data-driven recommendations for campaign and content optimization

    Performance Indicators

    • Growth in website traffic and SEO ranking
    • Increase in email open rates, click-through rates, and engagement
    • Quality and timeliness of content delivery
    • Contribution to lead generation and campaign performance
    • Overall enhancement of brand visibility and digital presence.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, content writing, or SEO-related roles.
    • Proven experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).
    • Strong content writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Experience with email marketing and CRM tools.
    • Excellent understanding of digital marketing trends and content performance metrics.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
