Marketing Executive at Proten

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of marketing plans, including budget management and performance tracking.
• Identify target audiences, monitor market trends, and assess the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Produce high-quality content including press releases, brochures, newsletters, video scripts, and flyers.
• Oversee all digital channels (social media and website) to ensure consistent, on-brand communication.
• Implement event communication strategies and manage marketing materials and project timelines.
• Partner with internal sales teams and external agencies to align messaging and sales enablement materials.
• Assist in planning and monitoring multi-channel campaigns to boost brand reach.
• Develop and review plant SOPs to ensure operational compliance and health.
• Create short videos or simple graphic designs using tools like Canva or basic editing software.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications.
• Exceptional written/verbal communication and strong project management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel for work events, field activities, and customer engagements.
