Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least three years of experience in Marketing.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Microsoft and basic design software savvy. Video and photo creation/editing experience with the use of Adobe products or other software is a big plus.
• Growth mindset, with capability of stretching budgets while turning business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives.
• Customer-centric and results-oriented with previous experience in consumer brands
• Experience coordinating online and offline events.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex corporate environment, adhering to compliance and approval procedures.
• Support country leads and Leader, Marketing Africa, in organizing Marketing campaigns (online and offline), events and projects, to ensure their success.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing Marketing campaigns (online and offline), events and projects. Maintain Marketing dashboards and minutes for all Marketing meetings and tasks. Coordinate with the sales team on-ground for smooth functioning of local activities.
• Work closely with freelance graphic designers and photographers for quick execution of comms material.
• Support in liaison of Marketing activities in all countries, with a special focus on West-Africa and franco- phone countries.
