Position Overview

• We are seeking a result-driven and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team in Gwarimpa, Abuja.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a proven track record in sales and customer engagement.
• This role involves direct contact with new and existing customers, devising strategies to convert leads into clients, and consistently meeting weekly/monthly targets. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for field marketing are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit, connect with, and follow up on potential and existing customers.
• Recommend and implement effective strategies for winning and retaining customers.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain and present accurate reports on marketing activities, leads, and conversions.
• Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and marketing efficiency.

Key Requirements

• B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales/marketing with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in field marketing and engaging with diverse customer groups.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and deliver results.
