Marketing and Sales Officer at CDN Oil and Lubricants

• CDN Oil & Lubricants is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Marketing & Sales Officer to join our team. We’re looking for a proactive professional who can craft and execute marketing strategies, drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate is target-oriented, creative, and capable of delivering measurable results in a highly competitive environment, with proven experience in brand promotions both online and offline, particularly within the FMCG and lubricant sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
• Identify new market opportunities, prospective clients, and distribution channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence to inform strategy.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, preparing regular sales forecasts and marketing reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and brand standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the oil & lubricants or FMCG sector.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, digital marketing, and brand promotion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/software.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be willing to travel.
