Job Description:

• Handle the hospital's online presence across the website, social media, emails, and digital platforms. Create interesting content, oversee online interactions, and promptly address inquiries.
• Engage potential clients, following up on retainer agreements for diverse health services.
• Organize community events, workshops, and seminars to promote health awareness and connect with the SNH community.
• Utilize public relations strategies, media relations, and crisis communication skills to manage the hospital's reputation effectively.
• Uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistent brand identity throughout marketing materials.
• Conduct surveys to grasp patient needs, preferences, and feedback, identifying chances for improvement.
• Produce monthly reports on marketing efforts to monitor, track performance, and gauge the success of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, English,Public Relations or any related field
• Proficient in the use of Canva and Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics, Microsoft Office
