Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs
- Increase customer base and retain existing customers
- Collaborate with teams to create marketing campaigns
- Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development in financial services
- Professional certifications in marketing (e.g., CIM, NIMN) are an advantage
- Experience in CRM tools is a plus.
