    Marketer/External Relationship Officer

    Are you a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for healthcare and relationship management? Afrilab Medical Diagnostics is looking for a Marketer/External Relationship Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive the growth and visibility of our innovative medical diagnostic services while building and nurturing strong client relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Afrilab\'s diagnostic and research services to potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, corporate organizations, and healthcare providers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth.
    • Identify new market opportunities and initiate engagement to expand Afrilab’s client base.
    • Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competition.
    • Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and seminars to increase awareness of Afrilab’s offerings.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, addressing any concerns to maintain a positive client experience.
    • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, client feedback, and market trends to support decision-making.
    • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to achieve overall business objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in marketing, business development, or client relationship management, ideally within the healthcare or diagnostics sector.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
    • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    • Willingness to travel to meet clients and represent Afrilab at external events.
