Manufacturing Manager at Mindfield Resources

Your Role:

•  You will plan, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.
• Some of your responsibilities will include ensuring optimal resource utilization, coordination between processes such as production planning, sourcing, logistics, Maintenance and manufacturing units.
• Setting up production targets optimizing man, machine, and materials utilization.
• Adherence to Legal / Safety / Environment norms.
• Taking responsibility of ensuring quality adherence as per quality standards for international and domestic production.
• Takes responsibility of improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through increasing Supply Chain efficiency and optimal utilization of resources.
• Ensuring the availability of information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the supply chain. Interacting regularly with process heads to identify and remove any obstacles to the fostering of an efficient and value driven work culture.
• Ensuring timely PMS implementation and adherence to prescribed procedures.

Must Have:

• 10+ years of experience with a FMCG set up is MANDATORY. Ability to manage, track and define manufacturing metrics like Operational Efficiency, Breakdown, Stops elimination & MTBF. Understand compliance to statutory regulations in a factory environment.
• Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources).
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
