Key Responsibilities

• Setting Company Objectives: Establishing clear goals and objectives for the company.
• Managing Resources: Overseeing the allocation and utilization of company resources.
• Overseeing Daily Operations: Directing the day-to-day operations of the company.
• Reporting to the Board: Acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations.
• Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Driving Growth: Fostering long-term growth through effective planning and decision-making.
• Building Relationships: Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including investors, board members, and partners.

Key Requirements

• A very good first degree
• Must have a master’s degree
• Minimum of 15 years of proven years of experience in the mining industry.
• Proven track record in large scale mining projects
• Strong expertise in safety, operations, and regulatory compliance
• Minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership position
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
