Qualifications and Competence Required

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent. Post graduate or Professional qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in banking or other financial services industry.
• Must have held a senior management position for at least three years.
• Mortgage Banking experience is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of C-suite leadership in financial services.
• Deep expertise in mortgage banking and strategic management.
• Strong financial acumen and risk management skills.
