    Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Oversee daily operations of the customer service team to ensure high-quality support and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Monitor team performance through KPIs and provide coaching, training, and support to improve effectiveness.
    • Handle complex customer issues or escalations and ensure timely and effective resolution.
    • Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and strategic opportunities.
    • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics, product) to align customer service goals with company objectives.
    • Recruit, train, and evaluate customer service staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Must reside within the axis of ago palace or surulere, lagos state.
