    Manager, People and Change

    Job Summary

    • Key competence amongst others: • HR Transformation • Organisation Design • Talent Management • Behavioural Change Management • Workforce Intelligence

    Key responsibilities:

    • Manage all phases of multiple People & Change projects in compliance with the firm and practice unit’s service delivery standards
    • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with current and potential clients through engagement delivery and networking
    • Champion business development i.e. identifying new opportunities and overseeing the development of proposals
    • Manage/ provide leadership to teams of KPMG professionals and play an active role in staff development and practice management
    • Lead the development/ evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital (including driving thought leadership and knowledge management

    Requirements

    • BSC/BA in any discipline with a minimum of a second-class upper degree (2.1)
    • Between 7-9 years relevant HR consulting experience or significant change management experience
    • Demonstrable experience across Organisation Design, Job Analysis & Grading, Competency Development, Change Management, Performance Management Systems, etc.
    • Proven experience leading and managing business transformation projects including process improvement; with previous experience leading large scale organisational change management efforts
    • Good understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite is essential
    • Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
    • Good supervisory, mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
