Location: Festac Town, Lagos

Job Description

• Involved in the overall day to day running of the company.
• Manage garment producing factory and liaise with team heads and tailors to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Overseeing of all development processes including conducting both product and market analysis, attending garment meetings, selecting manufacturers and analyzing the environment of this industry.
• Must posses vast knowledge of the fashion industry.
• Periodic preparation of production budget and costing.
• Organize work schedules to meet job specifications and deadlines.
• Overseeing consistent customer service, coaching employees, controlling payroll hours and directing merchandise presentations.
• Additional responsibilities include developing business strategies, analyzing business reports and representing the brand.
• Should be Familiar with fashion trends and must have good communication skills.
• Ability to Create prototype designs.
• Draft Patterns on a daily basis for Tailors.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND qualification.
• Must have at least 2 years experience.
• Must reside within Festac and it's environs.

Salary
N65,000 - N100,000 monthly
