Manager Oxygen Plant at ADKAN Services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years hands-on experience in managing oxygen or industrial gas plants.
• Solid understanding of cryogenic air separation units (ASUs), compressors, storage tanks, and filling systems.
• Proven ability to supervise operations, maintenance, and safety procedures in a gas production environment.
• Strong knowledge of plant utility systems: air compressors, chillers, generators, and gas analyzers.
• Demonstrated experience with quality control standards, ISO certifications, and regulatory compliance (SON, NAFDAC, etc.).
• Sound understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols.
• Proficiency in using SCADA systems or PLC-based control systems is a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, reporting, and documentation abilities.
• Must be residing in Abuja or willing to relocate immediately.
