Manager, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) at Mosra Enerji Limited

Objective

• Drive financial excellence by developing and implementing comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and performance analytics frameworks that inform strategic decision-making, optimize business performance, accelerate growth, and ensure long-term financial resilience against ESG risks.
• Financial Planning: Develop detailed financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to guide business decisions
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate past performance, track KPIs, and identify trends or inefficiencies to inform future plans.
• Strategic Support: Provide data-driven insights to support major decisions, new initiatives, and long-term planning
• Financial Modeling: Build models for scenario planning, risk assessment, and financial impact analysis
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, support financial goals, and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts, to support strategic decision-making
• Incorporate non-financial metrics, such as safety performance and environmental compliance costs, into KPI dashboards and performance reports to drive better resource optimization and operational efficiency.
• Conduct financial modeling for risk assessment, incorporating potential costs related to regulatory changes, compliance fines, or significant safety/environmental incidents.
• Provide strategic support for investment decisions, capital allocation, and long-term planning, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth
• Partner with operations to drive cost efficiency, optimize resources, and streamline processes
• Drive proactive financial planning and decision-making, moving the organization from reactive reporting to forward-looking analysis
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize value generation, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
• Anticipate and mitigate potential risks, developing strategies to build resilience and ensure business continuity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CFA preferred
• 5+ years FP&A experience; mining sector a plus
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
