Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical MIS Executive with exceptional Excel skills to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing data analysis, reporting, and insights to support business decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Excel models, dashboards, and reports to support business intelligence and analysis.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide actionable insights.
• Create and automate reports, charts, and graphs using Excel VBA, macros, and other tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide solutions.
• Develop and maintain data management systems and processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with proven Excel expertise.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VBA, macros, pivot tables, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Sc or advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.
• Certification in Excel (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist).
