Management Information System Executive - HR at Petroexcel Technology Services (P) Limited

Job Summary:

• We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive - HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR-related data, generating reports, and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes through data analysis and management information systems (MIS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and reports.
• Generate and analyze HR reports (attendance, payroll, attrition, recruitment, etc.).
• Work with HR teams to automate and streamline HR processes using Excel, HRMS, or other MIS tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for HR analytics and decision-making.
• Support HR audits by providing relevant data and reports.
• Assist in recruitment data management and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR MIS or data management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• Experience with HRMS, SAP, or other HR software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
