Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance activities in the hotel.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance procedures.
• Record and document maintenance daily and routinely.
• Prepare report and other information summarizing work activities and report results to direct supervisor.
• Periodic tools, equipment and asset verification.

Requirements

• Can install, repair and service AC
• Experienced in plumbing.
