Maintenance Manager at Workforce Group

Job Description

We are seeking to hire an experienced Maintenance Manager for our client, one of Africa's leading independent E & P players. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Mobilizing and controlling the day-to-day maintenance activities in the Asset with the available resources/finances in a safe and efficient manner with due regards to the protection of the environment and host communities.

Experience: 8 years

Location: Benin, Edo State (Field Based)

Duration: 1 Year Renewable Contract

Requirements/Skills:

• A professionally qualified maintenance operations Engineer with a University degree (BSc or equivalent) in engineering.
• Maintenance & Integrity Engineering professional of at least 8 years’ experience - a substantial portion of which must have been spent in performing and supervising maintenance activity in the field.
• Ability to manage and drive multidiscipline teams in a multi-cultural environment. Self-motivated and achievement oriented. Strong interpersonal skills and man management skills.
• Analytical mind and ability to apply constituent of management system to asset (plan, execute, measure, review feedback). Proven experience in team leading/supervising, staff development/mentoring/motivation and team building skills are essential.
• Competence in multi-disciplinary maintenance and operations activities
• Knowledge of production operations and Effective interpersonal & team skills.
• Skilled in project management, finance controls and contract management.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and establish a clear objective driven plan with appropriate performance indicators and milestones.
• Skilled in HSSE leadership & management within sphere of influence
• Skilled in oral and written communication. Able to convey complex issues to technical and non-technical audiences of different levels of education.
• Manage KPIs (QHSSE, AIPSM compliance (SCE PM & CM compliance), LTO and compliance with statutory inspections, Equipment and terminal/BNAG/CLP facility availability, Maintenance contribution to UOC and Budget performance, Shutdown and IAP compliance, People issue and so on).
