• Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating production machines.
• You will ensure that the working environment is safe and that all employees understand how to use the machines according to company policy.
• You will be responsible for completing tasks within your production line.
• You must be able to demonstrate an understanding of how to maintain machines.
• You must have excellent leadership and training skills and ability to work on your own and also work well with others.
• You must be thorough and attentive to detail.
• In addition, you must be able to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good time management skills and physical coordination and dexterity are essential for the role.
