Lounge Hostess/PRO at Chateux de Atlantique

A luxury hotel in the heart of victoria island Lagos is currently recruiting for the position of Lounge Hostess/PRO. The Lounge Hostess/PRO  is to manage all the events of the lounge, host events, and attract high network individuals to the lounge at all times. 

Responsibility

• Welcome guests to the lounge
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Manage reservations
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
• Manage and ensure there are constant events at the lounge to attract guests at all times.
• Greet customers upon their departure
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
• Maintain a clean reception area
• Manage the lounge, host different events and programs.

Requirements

• Previous work experience as a Hostess and PRO
• Minimum of HND in Business Management/Hotel Management, Mass communication.
• Understanding of restaurant etiquette
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations
• Experience in managing reservations
• Demonstrable customer-service skills
