We are seeking an energetic, detail-driven Logistics Officer to join our operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a young professional with at least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or inventory management to contribute to a fast-paced and efficiency-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and confident in coordinating logistics activities, ensuring smooth movement of goods, and optimizing operational processes. You will play a key role in supporting production, managing inventory accuracy, and enhancing overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track the movement of raw materials and finished products across various locations
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock documentation
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery
Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
Identify delays, bottlenecks, or issues in the logistics workflow and recommend improvements
Prepare and maintain up-to-date records of stock, delivery schedules, and logistics reports
Ensure proper warehousing procedures, including safe handling and storage of goods
Assist in planning and optimizing transportation routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Support procurement and production teams by ensuring timely availability of materials
Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Business-minded with the ability to support operational decision-making
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics/inventory management tools
Knowledge of supply chain best practices and regulatory standards
