    Logistics Officer

    • We are seeking an energetic, detail-driven Logistics Officer to join our operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a young professional with at least 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or inventory management to contribute to a fast-paced and efficiency-focused environment.
    • The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and confident in coordinating logistics activities, ensuring smooth movement of goods, and optimizing operational processes. You will play a key role in supporting production, managing inventory accuracy, and enhancing overall supply chain performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and track the movement of raw materials and finished products across various locations
    • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock documentation
    • Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery
    • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
    • Identify delays, bottlenecks, or issues in the logistics workflow and recommend improvements
    • Prepare and maintain up-to-date records of stock, delivery schedules, and logistics reports
    • Ensure proper warehousing procedures, including safe handling and storage of goods
    • Assist in planning and optimizing transportation routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
    • Support procurement and production teams by ensuring timely availability of materials
    • Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory management, or supply chain operations
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
    • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
    • Business-minded with the ability to support operational decision-making
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics/inventory management tools
    • Knowledge of supply chain best practices and regulatory standards
