We are looking for a reliable and experienced Logistics Officer (Bike Rider) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of items to our customers, maintaining professionalism, and providing excellent service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer orders promptly and safely.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts.
• Ensure proper handling and condition of all items during transit.
• Keep the delivery bike clean and in good working condition.
• Report any maintenance needs or incidents immediately.
• Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or logistics officer.
• Must have a valid rider’s license.
• Good knowledge of city routes and traffic patterns.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
• Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual.
