Overview

• Our client is seeking a Logistics Coordinator, who will Lead the coordination of order fulfillment, delivery operations, and inventory returns & quality management for their premium fashion accessories e-commerce business, ensuring high delivery success rates and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including order processing, packaging, and delivery coordination
• Maintain high payment-on-delivery success rate through effective coordination with delivery partners and customers
• Oversee inventory returns and quality management across multiple product categories (shoes, watches, handbags, luggage)
• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of products
• Monitor and optimize delivery routes and timelines
• Maintain accurate inventory records for returns and repairs and conduct regular audits
• Manage relationships with delivery partners and courier services
• Implement and maintain quality control processes
• Generate regular reports on logistics KPIs and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• 3+ years experience in e-commerce logistics or related field
• Proven track record of managing successful delivery operations
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with luxury goods or fashion retail
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Previous experience with payment-on-delivery operations
• Understanding of Nigerian logistics landscape.
