This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Officer based in Abia State, Nigeria.
The Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating creditworthiness, managing loan applications, assessing and verifying customer information to support loan origination and underwriting processes.
The role also involves delivering excellent customer service, assisting clients in understanding loan terms, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and industry standards.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience working as a Loan Officer, including loan origination and structuring
Understanding of finance and underwriting processes in a financial services or banking context
Experience in providing excellent customer service and addressing client needs
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work on-site in Abia State, Nigeria
Previous experience in the fintech or banking sector is a plus
