Loan Officer at Elvaridah

Job Summary:

• We are seeking for a proactive and customer-focused Loan Officer to support our mission of empowering individuals and small businesses through accessible and responsible lending. You will be responsible for identifying qualified borrowers, evaluating loan applications, and managing client relationships

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and onboard eligible loan applicants
• Educate clients on loan terms, repayment plans, and financial literacy.
• Monitor loan disbursements and ensure timely repayments.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular loan reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Finance, Banking, Business Admin or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in microfinance or loan recovery is an advantage.
• Must be goal-driven, reliable, and attentive to detail.
