    Life Insurance Manager / Life Insurance Specialist

    Job Overview

    • We seek a highly motivated life Insurance Manager or Life Insurance Specialist who has worked in the insurance industry to lead our team, play a pivotal role in helping drive sales of life insurance products, and ensure exceptional customer service.
    • Your strategic vision and leadership will be instrumental in achieving our business goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead a high-performing team to drive sales of Individual life products.
    • Develop and execute growth strategies for the life insurance division.

    • Cultivate strong client relationships, addressing their life insurance needs.

    • Provide data-driven insights through performance analysis and reporting.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years in the insurance industry
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Strong team management skills.
