Job Description
- Ensure adherence to all relevant legal requirements, regulations, and policies pertinent to debt recovery and collection processes
- Manage the recovery process of overdue debts from clients or customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to effectively recover outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with debtors.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of debtors and assess the risk associated with each case.
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to determine the likelihood of successful debt recovery
- Must Have Experience as a legal and recovery Officer.
