Legal Officer

Job Competency Requirements
- Provide legal advice and support to the organization on various issues.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings when necessary.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a call to the bar.
- 1 year of legal practice with knowledge of corporate law.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and interpretation.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
