Prepare contracts, leases, joint ventures (JVs), acquisitions, SPVs, technical partnerships, deeds, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
Manage the registration and post-incorporation processes for both local and international companies.
Ensure compliance with relevant Energy, Oil & Gas and all other laws, regulations, and contractual obligations in relation to the company’s operations.
Assist in implementing risk and compliance plans, monitoring compliance programs, and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.
Experience and Skills Required
L.L.B. and B.L. degree (Law degree)
Additional professional qualifications such as LLM, MBA, ICSAN, etc.
7-9 years post-NYSC experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience with legal compliance and corporate governance
Experience in litigation and alternate dispute resolution
