    Legal/Compliance Officer

    A foremost Real Estate Company in Lagos with a large prtfolio requires CV from interested applicants for the position of Legal / Compliance Associate.

    Requirements:

    • Certified Legal Professional with LLB, B.L.
    • Minimum of 8 years work experience.
    • Male or Female

    Main Job Responsibilities:

    • Oversee legal aspect of real estate transaction .
    • Prepare and review legal documents relating to real estate.
    • Facilitate transfer of titles.
    • Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
    • Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for real estate transactions.
    • Support legal and general advisory needs associated with a large-scale real estate portfolio.
    • Work with external lawyers.
    • Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
    • Manage regulatory and compliance related services.
    • Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties
